Math Teacher

CHESTERTON ACADEMY OF NOTRE DAME, an independent, classical Catholic high school in Spokane, WA is seeking dynamic teachers with a background in Math for a full or part-time position. Applicants must have a passion for a Catholic liberal arts education. Strong emphasis will be placed upon the mentorship and personal formation of students, working with parents, and building a school community. Candidates should demonstrate a proven ability to teach and lead students and profess fidelity to the Magisterium of the Catholic Church. This position could be part-time or full-time, beginning as early as January 30, 2024, with a competitive salary. Applicants who move on to the next part of the process will be interviewed by our hiring committee. The hiring committee is made up of members of the board, administration, and faculty of CAND. After the hiring committee interview, some applicants will be asked to do either an in-person or Zoom teaching demonstration. Offers will be made once all teaching demonstrations have been viewed.

Compensation and Summary of Benefits
Salary $40000-$55000 for full-time, part time employees will receive this at a pro-rated rate depending on hours. Offered salary is based on internal equity, market data, applicant’s skills and relevant experience, degrees and certifications.
