St. Joseph’s Catholic School is a private, Roman Catholic, co-educational college-preparatory school serving nearly 700 students in grades 6-12 throughout the greater Greenville community. Founded in 1993 in response to the need for Catholic secondary education in the Upstate, the school is recognized and approved by and within the Diocese of Charleston, accredited by the South Carolina Independent School Association, and a member of the South Carolina High School League.
Situated on a beautiful 36-acre campus centrally located in Greenville County, the school provides a rigorous liberal arts curriculum with challenging college-preparatory, honors, and Advanced Placement classes utilizing both co-educational (high school) and single-gender (middle school) instruction. The school’s spiritual environment, rooted in the teachings of the Catholic Church, helps to create a joyful, Christ-centered school in which students can learn and grow. St. Joseph’s also offers more than 100 co-curricular activities, including athletics and fine arts, as well as academic, leadership, service, and personal enrichment clubs and organizations.
