Common Core Conference to Be Joined by Bishop Murry

NAPCIS is pleased to confirm that Bishop George Murry of Youngstown will be joining its National Conference on Catholic Concerns about the Common Core to be held on November 5th and 6th in Elberon, New Jersey. Bishop Murry is the former Secretary of the National Conference of Catholic Bishops. He is also an experienced Catholic school principal. Bishop Murry will join at least 8 diocesan superintendents plus representatives from several teaching orders and Catholic professors of education at this select gathering of Catholic educational leaders. NAPICS is also happy to welcome two new co-sponsors to the event: The Institute for Catholic Liberal Education and the National Catholic High School Honor Roll.
